Important Information
Start times: 8:00am for sellers and 8:30am for buyers.
Gates open: 8:00am.
We have plenty of space, so there is no need to queue early.
Please be respectful to our neighbours and do not block roads or driveways in the village.
Weather & Ground Conditions: All car boot events are subject to the sports field being suitable for use. In the event of poor weather or unsafe ground conditions, the event may need to be cancelled.
An announcement will be made on our social media channels if an event has to be cancelled due to weather conditions.
Parking: Parking for buyers is FREE.
Stall Costs:
- Non-trade sellers – £5
- Trade sellers – £10
- No charge for trailers
No need to book. Simply turn up on the day and a member of our team will be available to assist you.
Facilities on Site:
- Toilets available
- Hot food van on site
- Children’s play park
- The Pavilion open for teas, coffee and cakes
Venue Notice: Car boot events are held on the sports field.
Dogs Policy: Dogs are only permitted around the outside 5 metres of the field. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and are not allowed within the main car boot area.
Prohibited Items: The following items must NOT be sold:
- Alcohol
- Firearms or knives
- Vapes or tobacco products
- Controlled substances
- Live animals
- No food vendors (no catering or hot food stalls permitted)
Anyone found selling prohibited items will be asked to leave the site immediately.
