Function room bookings and private events must be confirmed by the Pavilion before they are considered accepted.

Booking requests submitted through the website are enquiries only until confirmed.

The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests.

Any damage caused during a hire period may result in additional charges.

Noise must be kept at a reasonable level to respect neighbours and other users.

A £20 deposit will be required when the booking is confirmed.
