Important booking conditions

• Function room bookings and private events must be confirmed by the Pavilion before they are considered accepted.
• Booking requests submitted through the website are enquiries only until confirmed.
• The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests.
• You agree to leave the room tidy and clean, otherwise an extra charge will be made to cover cleaning costs.
• Any damage caused during a hire period may result in additional charges.
• Noise must be kept at a reasonable level to respect neighbours and other users.
• All drinks must be purchased from the Pavilion bar.
• Once your booking is confirmed by the Pavilion team a £20 deposit wil be required.
• The Pavilion Managment reserves the right to cancel or bring to a close any party that is deemed to be breaking these booking conditions.
