Function room bookings and private events must be confirmed by the Pavilion before they are considered accepted.

Booking requests submitted through the website are enquiries only until confirmed.

The hirer is responsible for the behaviour of their guests.

Any damage caused during the hire period may result in additional charges.

Noise must be kept at a reasonable level to respect neighbours and other users.

The hirer is responsible for tidying the room after the event end time and must remove all rubbish from site at the end of the hire period.

The Pavilion reserves the right to charge a £20 cleaning fee to the booking should the room require cleaning after the event or the hirer agrees to the Pavilion cleaning the room at the end of the hire period for a £20 fee.

The Pavilion reserves the right to end a party early where it feels the party breaches the Pavilion terms and conditions.

Drugs, violence, or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.

We do not allow bouncy castles, sandpits or water pits to be used within the Pavilion building.
