Terms & Conditions

Bookings are requests until confirmed by the Pavilion.
Alcohol may only be consumed if purchased from the Pavilion bar.
Music must be kept to a reasonable level.
No bouncy castles or large inflatable items are permitted.
All electrical equipment must be safe and PAT tested where required.
The hirer is responsible for guests and any damage caused.
The room must be left tidy; additional cleaning may be chargeable.
No illegal substances or disorderly behaviour permitted.
Children must be supervised at all times.
The Pavilion reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings for safety reasons.
Although we have parking available onsite , we cannot guarantee that parking will be available for your event..
